I ordered these slippers from Amazon because my shoe size is not available in local stores. My quest for slender shoes is ongoing and I have very little choice locally so when I find something I need on line, I go for it. This order process worked great and the shoes were on sale at a discount. Interestingly, the first pair I ordered were too big and the exchange went very smoothly, and the sale price that was no longer available was passed on to me on the reorder. Great customer service!
